Today, I want to introduce another side of me: one that is practical, confident, and extremely curious to learn and share. This personality isn’t a crybaby like my other self, who usually cries about life in general. Hahahah!

There’s a reason why I’m starting this new category on my site. Firstly, I want to explore my mind—what’s going on in it? How does it work? How can I take control back? How can I train my mind to be useful for myself and others? The reason behind all these questions is that I genuinely believe I am blessed with a sharp, unique, and creative brain. So why not twist things a bit and see them from different angles? Sounds interesting, right?

In this category (ADHD), I’ll be discussing topics like the mind, thoughts, personalities, communication, character, mental challenges, psychological effects, and different techniques to train the brain. But don’t worry; it’s not going to be boring like that. This isn’t a clinic! Hahahah! I definitely want to be a psychotherapist for myself first and for any of you who might need one!

To give you a little background on how I stumbled upon this, as you all know, my mind has been a bit messed up for the past decade. Don’t laugh, you guys; I’m serious! Of course, the intensity of it has increased each year, with some of those years being the worst nightmares of my life. I just want to erase them and never think about them again.

Anyway, if we want a different outcome, we’ll need to perform different actions—maybe a slight change or a drastic shift. One of my tribe members and I have been navigating these mental challenges together, and at the same time. Now, what are those challenges? I’ll keep you updated in my upcoming posts, so be patient as you laugh at my life.

So, back to the point: we were trying to figure out what was happening to us and why. This guy came across the phenomenon of ADHD in a YouTube video one day, and it was exactly like what we were experiencing. Finally, we had some answers to the WHYs. Fast forward to today, I’ve created this category where we can write and share our experiences, hoping it helps our tribe! And that’s you!

Buckle up; we’re embarking on an interesting journey that will spark all your fuses, and hopefully, it will help me get back on track!
